Private Throwing Tuition
Want to learn how to us a pottery wheel? This is a difficult but extremely satisfying process to learn. We have three wheels and recommend one-to-one or two-to-one lessons on the wheel to learn the basic process.
We offer classes of 2 hours giving the participant focused learning on the potters wheel. To learn how to throw on the potters wheel takes time and lots of practice.
Sessions run as follows:
For one person:
One two hour taster session on the wheel £70 (including materials and firings)
A series of three, two hour sessions on the wheel £180 (including materials and firing)
For two people:
One two hour taster session on the wheel £90 (including materials and firings)
A series of three, two hour sessions on the wheel £240 (including materials and firing)
Cancellations and Refunds will only be given as follows: If we receive a cancellation more than 7 days in advance, we will pay a refund of the course fee minus £5 administration charge. If we receive a cancellation with 7 days or less notification, we will only refund the course fee in gift vouchers (minus £5 administration charge) if we manage to re-sell the booking.
